
Getting Started with Dubbo Mortgage Brokers
To begin your preliminary home loan assessment, we’ll need a few details and documents.
If you’re an existing client, please still log in to confirm or update your information.
Once everything is complete, we’ll review your details and provide a tailored home loan recommendation.
Step 1 – Sign the e-Privacy Document
Check your inbox for an email titled “Your signature is required: Credit Guide and Privacy Statement.docx.”
Each applicant must electronically sign this document before we can begin the assessment process.
Step 2 – Log In to the Client Portal
You’ll receive:

An email titled “Your Invitation to Our Client Portal”, and
-
An SMS with a secure login link.
Only one applicant needs to register the portal account, but details for all applicants must be entered, including:

Employment history and income details
-
Assets (e.g. property, vehicles, savings)
-
Liabilities (e.g. home loans, car loans, credit cards, personal loans)
Providing accurate information ensures we can match you with the right lender and avoid unnecessary delays.
Step 3 – Upload Your Driver’s Licence
Please upload a clear photo or screenshot of each applicant’s driver’s licence to the client portal.
Alternatively, you can email it directly to our office.
Step 4 – Upload Your Payslips
Upload three recent payslips (PDF only) for each applicant.
Screenshots cannot be accepted, as lenders require official PDF files for verification.
Step 5 – Provide Bank Statements via Frollo Open Banking
You’ll receive a separate email from Frollo Open Banking to securely share your bank data.
Each applicant must complete their own login and include the following accounts:

Everyday and savings accounts

Joint accounts (if applicable)
-
Accounts linked to loans, credit cards, etc.
Screenshots are only accepted for Buy Now Pay Later services such as Afterpay or Zip.
What Happens Next
Once we’ve received all the required documents and details, our team will complete your assessment and provide a recommendation.
When you’re ready to proceed with a formal application, we’ll contact you to verify identification — typically your driver’s licence, Medicare card, and either passport or birth certificate.
