Whether you’re buying your first home, investing, building, or refinancing, this is where we lay the groundwork for a smooth journey ahead.

Assessing Your Borrowing Power

We’ll review your income, expenses, and credit history to determine how much you can borrow and which lenders are the best fit for your unique situation.

Loan Recommendations & Pre-Approval

You’ll receive tailored loan options from a wide range of banks and non-bank lenders. We’ll explain the differences (rates, fees, features) and help you choose the right one. Once you’re happy, we’ll submit your application for pre-approval.

Document Collection & Submission

We’ll guide you through gathering the necessary documents—like payslips, IDs, and bank statements—and take care of the paperwork to ensure your application is lodged correctly the first time.

Formal Approval & Loan Documents

Once the lender gives formal approval, we’ll walk you through your loan documents to make sure everything’s clear. We stay in touch with your solicitor or conveyancer to keep things moving.

 Settlement and After-Settlement Support

Your loan settles, and you get the keys (or your refinance/investment goes through). But our service doesn’t stop there—we stay in your corner for the long haul. Whether it’s reviewing your loan down the track, answering questions, or helping with future lending needs, we’re here to support you for the lifetime of your loan.
